Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how ClearPulse — Junk Cleaner handles information when you scan junk files, review media clutter, check app storage, view notification cleanup options, and look at RAM or network status. The App is built around scanning first and letting you decide what happens next.

Information The App May Access

The App may access file and device metadata needed for scan results, including file name, file size, folder, file format, modified time, thumbnails, similar photo signals, video size, installed app labels, package identifiers, cache indicators, and basic device status.

The App may also process limited app and device information such as device model, Android version, app version, language setting, approximate country or region, diagnostic events, crash logs, scan status, and feature interaction events. This information is used to keep the App stable and compatible.

Permission Use

Storage or media permissions help the App find local cleanup candidates. Notification access may support alert cleanup. App-related access may help list apps and storage use. Foreground service behavior may keep an active scan or cleanup step visible to you.

Permissions can usually be managed in Android settings. If you turn off a permission, the related feature may stop working, show fewer results, or require you to grant access again before the App can scan that category.

Cleaner Features And Local Review

ClearPulse emphasizes review before cleanup. It may group junk-like files, media clutter, large items, app storage, and RAM status, so you can understand the result before removing anything. The App is not intended to erase personal files silently.

ClearPulse is intended for users who prefer a scan summary before taking action. It can help highlight where space is being used, whether by saved clips, forgotten downloads, or app-related storage, while leaving the user free to skip anything that should stay on the device.

Cleanup suggestions are based on available file metadata, Android system access, and device conditions. A file appearing in a cleanup list does not always mean it is unnecessary, so you should review results before deleting personal files.

Analytics, Ads, And Diagnostics

We may process limited technical data such as device model, Android version, app version, language, rough region, crash logs, diagnostics, and feature events. This helps maintain stable scans and improve compatibility across devices.

If analytics, crash reporting, advertising, app distribution, or security services are included, those providers may process limited identifiers, diagnostic information, approximate device information, and app interaction events according to their own policies and platform rules.

Local Processing And User Control

You can cancel scans, leave items unchecked, change permissions, clear app data, or uninstall the App. Scan results may change when files are moved, Android permissions change, device storage updates, or the App refreshes its local review list.

The App is not designed to upload your private photos, videos, downloads, or documents to provide normal cleanup functions. Most cleanup review is based on local information available on your device and the permissions you grant.

Sharing And Disclosure

We do not sell personal files, photos, videos, or app lists. Limited diagnostic or advertising-related data may be processed by service providers when included, but cleanup does not require uploading your private media library.

We may also disclose limited information when required by law, valid legal process, security needs, fraud prevention, user protection, or platform integrity requirements.

Data Retention

Scan results, preferences, dismissed items, or cleanup history may be kept locally for a limited period to make future review easier. Diagnostic logs or analytics events may be retained only as reasonably needed for stability, security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or service improvement.

Local files remain under your control unless you choose to delete, move, export, or share them. If you clear app data or uninstall the App, locally stored preferences and cached scan results may be removed according to Android behavior.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to reduce unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or improper handling of information. No app, device, network, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we encourage careful permission management and backup of important files.

Children And Responsible Use

The App is not directed to children under the minimum age required by local law. Users should use the App lawfully and should not use it to access, manage, delete, or inspect another person's files or device information without permission.

Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy when features, permissions, Android requirements, legal rules, analytics services, advertising services, or platform policies change. The updated version will apply after it is made available in the App, store listing, or related policy page.
